West Coast Tanks and Installation, Inc. – an Authorized Dealer of Pioneer Water Tanks – was created with a vision to serve all of California with critical water storage solutions. West Coast Tanks was built upon the long histories of two established California companies.

Green Rubber – Kennedy Ag has a more than 30 year history of providing quality products to the agricultural and industrial community. Located in the Salinas Valley of California, they began as a family company. In 1990, Green Rubber was founded as a small conveyor belting shop focused on the agricultural and food processing industries. In 2003, Green Rubber merged with the Kennedy Bros., a spray and fertilizer business with retail and repair service locations. The consolidated businesses became Green Rubber – Kennedy Ag.

Green Rubber- Kennedy Ag has grown to eight locations spanning California and Arizona that serve multiple industries with the products, services, and custom fabrication they provide. Throughout the years they have built trusted relationships with customers in agriculture and industry- many of which are are well-known throughout the nation. The company has also been in the business of providing water storage and spray solutions, including selling top of the line water tanks like Pioneer.

Since 1942, Dougherty Pump & Drilling, Inc has provided services and supplies to water/wastewater utilities, homeowners, water systems, agriculture and other critical infrastructures on the Central Coast of California. In addition, Dougherty Pump & Drilling plays a crucial role in the supply chain for local food, pharmaceutical and industry production facilities. With a long history of expertise in water related services, storage tank construction and installation, Dougherty Pump & Drilling has affiliations with the Pacific Water Quality Association, the Water Quality Association, the California Groundwater Association, the National Groundwater Association, the California Rural Water Association and is an amazing resource for well owners across the state.
